I had a stellar experience with Kristof and Connor of Beat It music. I ordered a Lowden F-25 from them. They handled everything incredibly well, communicated perfectly, attended to my asks with great professionalism and I'm now the proud owner of a fabulous instrument from their store. I'd absolutely recommend and will be buying from them in the future!

Top class customer service from Beat It Music. Recently purchased a guitar from them. They sent additional photos to me before I bought the guitar including the case and accessories which was very helpful. Excellent communication throughout the process. Shipping was prompt, with the guitar being very well packaged.

Top class shop. Conor was a pleasure to deal with. I bought a new Tanglewood guitar over the phone as I live over the other side of the country. He had the best price for the guitar I wanted and gave me a great deal with other bits added in. Guitar arrived to my house promptly and in perfect condition. Will definitely recommend to other people.
